The Dade City Garden Club invites you to Plant A Tree!
The Dade City Garden Club is currently accepting orders for trees to be planted and dedicated on Arbor Day, scheduled for Thursday, April 28, 2022. This is a perfect opportunity to plant a living tribute to honor a memory, a celebration, or to recognize a special person or event.
The Dade City Garden Club Memorial Tree Program was created in support of The City’s Tree City USA designation and is co-sponsored by both the Dade City Garden Club and the City of Dade City. Since 1994, approximately 425 trees have been planted throughout Dade City, which provide a living and lasting tribute to the honored recipients.
A 2022 Memorial/Celebration tree can be purchased at $75 each and $85 for oaks. Cost includes the tree, planting, marker, and inscribed plaque. Trees offered include holly, red maple, crape myrtle as well as oak. Other specific tree requests will be honored if available.
