Dade City is getting "Uncorked", and you are invited!
The Dade City Garden Club invites you to “Uncorked”, an afternoon adventure in wine, food, music, and craft beer! Our unique tasting experience will be held on Saturday, November 13th, from 2 pm to 5 pm, and will offer guests an opportunity to not only sip wine but taste craft beer, nibble deliciously paired appetizers, win unique prizes, and enjoy festive music, all while strolling the beautiful gardens of the Dade City Garden Club.
Six stations will feature three whites and three reds—all great tasting wines from Argentina, Germany, Italy, Spain and California. Our own wine consultant, Time for Wine, will also have a few “surprise” wines in reserve for tasting at the event. Another station will feature craft beers from Dade City Brew House for the enjoyment of guests. In addition to having drinks poured by our own “Celebrity” pourers, guests will be able to nosh on appropriately paired gourmet appetizers at each station.
Looking to relax a bit between tastings? Take a seat on the Celebration Patio, a bistro setting in the gardens, and listen to the mellow sounds of the Dennis Alfonso Combo. More in the mood to learn something new? Check out the two different cooking demonstrations performed by our favorite chef, R. J. Webb. These demonstrations will be held in the Clubhouse throughout the afternoon, where the audience will enjoy plenty of samples and get new recipes to take home.
Wines will be available for purchase through Time for Wine at the event. “Uncorked” will take place at The Dade City Garden Club, 13630 5th Street, Dade City, FL, and is for guests ages 21+ only.
